Effective Date: August 12, 2026
Welcome to Digital Classroom Toolbox. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of digitalclassroomtoolbox.com (the “Website”) and the educational resources, downloads, information, and other materials made available by Digital Classroom Toolbox (“Digital Classroom Toolbox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this Website or downloading or purchasing a Digital Classroom Toolbox resource, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or our resources.
Educational Purpose
Digital Classroom Toolbox provides educational resources, classroom tools, templates, activities, organizational systems, instructional materials, and related content designed primarily for educators.
Our resources are intended to help educators save time, organize their classrooms, support instruction, and adapt materials to meet the needs of their students.
Resources are provided as educational tools and are not a substitute for an educator’s professional judgment or for the policies, requirements, or curriculum standards of a school, district, institution, or other educational organization.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and Digital Classroom Toolbox resources—including text, graphics, illustrations, designs, templates, worksheets, instructional materials, downloadable files, branding, logos, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to Digital Classroom Toolbox and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing or downloading a resource does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
You receive only the limited permission to use the resource as described in these Terms or in any additional license information included with the particular product.
Single-User Classroom License
Unless a product listing or accompanying license states otherwise, Digital Classroom Toolbox resources are licensed for use by one individual educator.
Under this license, you may:
- Download and save the resource for your own educational use;
- Print copies for students you personally teach;
- Use the resource with your own classes and students;
- Display the resource during instruction;
- Assign appropriate materials to your own students through a secure, password-protected learning-management system or classroom platform;
- Customize or edit resources when the resource is specifically provided in an editable or customizable format; and
- Reuse the resource with your own students from year to year.
Your purchase or download does not give you ownership of the underlying resource or the right to distribute it to other educators.
Digital Classroom and Learning-Management-System Use
You may upload or distribute appropriate Digital Classroom Toolbox materials to students you personally teach through a secure, password-protected educational platform, such as Google Classroom or another private learning-management system.
You may not upload Digital Classroom Toolbox resources to:
- A publicly accessible website;
- A public Google Drive or other publicly accessible cloud-storage folder;
- A school-wide or district-wide resource repository accessible to other educators;
- A shared staff drive for unrestricted use by other teachers;
- A social-media group or online community for redistribution; or
- Any other location where individuals outside your own students can download, copy, or redistribute the resource.
If multiple educators want to use a resource independently with their own students, each educator should obtain an appropriate license unless a separate multi-user, school, or district license is offered.
Customizable and Editable Resources
Some Digital Classroom Toolbox resources are intentionally designed to be customized.
When a resource is provided in an editable format, you may modify it for your own classroom and instructional needs.
Customization does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original resource to you.
A modified Digital Classroom Toolbox resource may not be sold, redistributed, shared with other educators, posted publicly, uploaded to a resource-sharing website, or represented as an original product created entirely by you.
Free Resources
Free resources provided by Digital Classroom Toolbox remain protected by copyright and are subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated.
“Free” means that no purchase price is required. It does not mean that the resource is in the public domain or that it may be redistributed without permission.
You are welcome to direct colleagues to Digital Classroom Toolbox so they can obtain their own copy of a free resource.
Please do not distribute the downloadable file itself unless the resource specifically states that sharing is permitted.
Prohibited Uses
Unless you have received prior written permission from Digital Classroom Toolbox, you may not:
- Resell or redistribute our resources;
- Give purchased resources to other educators;
- Upload resources to publicly accessible websites, drives, databases, or repositories;
- Upload resources to school-wide or district-wide repositories for use by multiple educators;
- Remove copyright notices, credits, branding, or other ownership information;
- Claim Digital Classroom Toolbox resources or designs as your own original work;
- Use our resources to create products for resale or commercial distribution;
- Copy substantial portions of our Website or resources to create competing products;
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically download Website content; or
- Use the Website or our resources for unlawful purposes.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems
Unless we expressly provide written permission, Digital Classroom Toolbox resources may not be uploaded, submitted, or used as training material for artificial-intelligence models, machine-learning systems, datasets, or other automated content-generation systems for the purpose of reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting our original materials.
This restriction does not prevent an educator from using ordinary educational or productivity technology to assist with their own permitted classroom use of a resource, provided the resource is not publicly distributed or used to create competing commercial materials.
Purchases Through Payhip
Digital Classroom Toolbox may sell and deliver digital products through Payhip.
Purchases made through Payhip may also be subject to Payhip’s applicable terms, privacy practices, checkout procedures, and platform requirements.
Payment processing may be provided through PayPal or Stripe, depending on the payment option selected at checkout. Those services maintain their own terms and privacy practices.
Digital Classroom Toolbox does not control the operation, availability, or policies of these independent services.
Purchases Through Third-Party Marketplaces
Digital Classroom Toolbox may also offer resources through third-party marketplaces such as Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) and, in the future, Etsy.
Purchases made through those platforms are also subject to the applicable marketplace’s terms, policies, payment procedures, and other requirements.
If the terms associated with a particular marketplace or product provide additional restrictions or permissions, those terms may apply to that transaction.
Digital Products
Digital products are generally delivered electronically.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address, account, device, software, or other technology necessary to access and use your purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to describe file types, required software, and product features accurately. Please review product descriptions before purchasing to make sure a resource is appropriate for your needs and technology.
Refunds
Because Digital Classroom Toolbox primarily offers downloadable digital resources, refund eligibility may be limited once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
Any applicable refund terms will be described in our Refund Policy, product listing, checkout information, or the policies of the marketplace through which the purchase was made.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services.
These may include Payhip, PayPal, Stripe, Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, MailerLite, Brevo, Google services, social-media platforms, and other technology providers.
We do not control these independent services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s applicable policies and terms.
Website Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, replace, discontinue, or remove Website content, products, resources, or features at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Website or any particular resource will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, platform, or software version.
Educational Results
We work to create practical resources based on educational experience and classroom needs. However, every classroom, student, school, and instructional environment is different.
We do not guarantee specific educational, behavioral, professional, financial, or classroom-management outcomes from using our resources.
Educators remain responsible for determining whether a resource is appropriate for their students, curriculum, school policies, accessibility requirements, and instructional setting.
Accessibility and Adaptation
We aim to create resources that can be useful to a wide range of educators and learners. However, educators are responsible for reviewing resources and making any adaptations required for the individual accessibility, accommodation, language, instructional, or other needs of their students.
If you encounter an accessibility issue with our Website or a Digital Classroom Toolbox resource, you may contact us so that we can review the issue.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Website and resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, useful, and functional materials, but we do not warrant that every resource will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every educational environment or purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Classroom Toolbox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or our resources.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Website, products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version on this page and update the Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
