Digital Classroom Toolbox offers educational resources, courses, digital downloads, and other branded products through our online store and other authorized sales channels.
Because many of our products are digital and can be accessed, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase, sales of digital products purchased directly from Digital Classroom Toolbox are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Please review the product description, file format, software requirements, course information, and other product details carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Classroom Toolbox Store
Digital Classroom Toolbox uses Payhip as its online store and digital-commerce platform. Through our Payhip-powered store, we may offer Digital Classroom Toolbox courses, digital downloads, educational resources, and other branded products.
Digital Classroom Toolbox is the seller of the products and services offered through our store. Payhip provides technology that supports our storefront, checkout, digital-product delivery, course access, and related e-commerce functions.
Payments may be processed through PayPal or Stripe, depending on the payment method selected at checkout.
Payhip, PayPal, and Stripe maintain their own terms and privacy practices related to the services they provide.
Digital Downloads
Because downloadable digital products can be accessed and retained after purchase, we generally do not provide refunds once a digital resource has been accessed or downloaded.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Classroom resources;
- Templates and checklists;
- Lesson materials;
- Printable resources;
- Editable resources;
- Digital classroom systems;
- Guides and instructional materials; and
- Other downloadable Digital Classroom Toolbox products.
Courses and Other Digital Content
Digital Classroom Toolbox may also offer online courses, workshops, instructional content, or other digital learning products through our store.
Refund terms for a particular course, program, or other digital offering may be stated on its product or enrollment page.
Unless different refund terms are specifically provided for a particular offering, digital courses and other digital content are generally non-refundable after the purchaser has accessed the course or substantial course content.
Problems With Your Purchase
We want you to receive the product you purchased and be able to access it as described.
If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at hello@digitalclassroomtoolbox.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem, provide access to the purchased materials, or provide a corrected or replacement file when appropriate.
Exceptions
Although digital-product sales are generally final, please contact us if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot reasonably be accessed;
- You received the wrong product;
- A technical problem prevents you from accessing a product you purchased and we are unable to resolve the problem; or
- The product is materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase.
We will review these situations individually. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide technical assistance, replacement access, a corrected file, or a refund when appropriate.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Change of Mind or Accidental Purchases
We generally do not provide refunds because of a change of mind, failure to read the product description, purchasing a resource that does not meet a purchaser’s particular classroom needs, or purchasing the wrong product after the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you realize that you made an accidental purchase before accessing or downloading the product, please contact us promptly. We may review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Processing
Payments made through the Digital Classroom Toolbox store may be processed by PayPal or Stripe.
Digital Classroom Toolbox’s Refund Policy governs our decision regarding eligibility for a refund on products purchased directly from us, subject to applicable law and any rights or procedures provided by the applicable payment processor.
Payment processors may maintain their own procedures for refunds, payment disputes, and chargebacks.
If you have a problem with a purchase, we encourage you to contact Digital Classroom Toolbox first so we have an opportunity to address the issue.
Teachers Pay Teachers
Digital Classroom Toolbox may separately offer certain resources through Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT).
Teachers Pay Teachers is an independent third-party marketplace and is separate from the Digital Classroom Toolbox store.
Purchases made through TPT are subject to TPT’s applicable refund, payment, account, and marketplace policies. Refund requests for purchases made through TPT should be submitted according to TPT’s procedures.
Etsy
Digital Classroom Toolbox may also offer certain products through Etsy.
Etsy is an independent third-party marketplace and is separate from the Digital Classroom Toolbox store.
Purchases made through Etsy are subject to the policies applicable to the particular Etsy transaction as well as any applicable Etsy requirements and procedures.
Any refund, return, cancellation, or order issue involving an Etsy purchase should be handled according to the policies and procedures applicable to that Etsy transaction.
Other Sales Channels
Digital Classroom Toolbox may occasionally make products available through additional authorized sales channels, collaborations, bundles, or marketplaces.
When a purchase is completed through another platform, additional terms or refund procedures established by that platform may apply.
If a product listing contains a refund policy specifically applicable to that product or offering, that policy will apply in addition to this general Refund Policy.
